There were some recent additions to the bird boxes along the boardwalk. These cheerful red and white boxes appeared.

I took these photos a couple of weeks ago when there were still a few remaining leaves on the trees. The windy, rainy conditions that we have been having mean that they are all gone now. We were on the boardwalk yesterday and managed to avoid getting wet, but it was very windy - it certainly put some colour in my cheeks!
They look lovely. I hope that lots of little birds build cosy homes in them. We're holding onto our leaves here in London. The parks are still looking glorious. B xox
ReplyDeleteI saw pictures from London and noticed that the leaves were still on the trees. Ours have all gone now and everything looks a bit grey. Enjoy those last glorious autumn colours. Marie x

ReplyDeleteIt is fun to spot new birdhouses when we are out and about, though with the current temperatures, we won’t be walking outside. It’s freezing out there! Marie x
DeleteThey are very cute. We still have leaves here, although I think they will be gone within the next few days, and the temperature is very mild. I haven't worn a coat for a couple of weeks! It seems very odd but it keeps the heating bills down. x
