For those of you who are familiar the 1908 story of Anne of Green Gables, you may remember that Anne loved raspberry cordial.
When I came across raspberry cordial earlier in the summer, I had to try some.
Though it was a bit sweet for my liking, it certainly tasted of raspberries, and it made quite a refreshing drink when diluted with soda water: a real taste of Prince Edward Island.
Hello Marie, just catching up with your November posts. Lovely seasonal things like preserves, cordials and pretty colours for your knitting. Weather here is wet. So glad you didn't have early snow this year:)
ReplyDeleteHi Rosie, thanks for visiting. I’ve been trying to add a bit of seasonal colour, including my knitting and I’ve got a damson gin in progress, too. We’ve had a dusting of snow today, but nothing significant so far. Marie x
