Herdy started life as yarn from Rowan's Purelife British Sheep Breeds. His colours are Mid-Brown Jacob and Bluefaced Leicester. This version of Herdy is a hot water bottle cover.
He is intended as a Christmas gift for my nephew....shhhh! Don't tell him. It looks like Herdy has made himself at home, so I could have a hard time convincing him to be rounded up and packaged ready for his journey to Yorkshire.
Herdy is so cute! I'm sure your nephew will love him:)
ReplyDeleteOh, my goodness... how CUTE is Herdy! The most snuggable hot water bottle I've ever seen! I'd say he looks like he's made himself at home there with your very well, Marie. You might have to make another to send and keep Herdy for yourself. ;o) Sooo SWEET! ((HUGS))
ReplyDeleteOh! What a sweet creature Herdy is! I can only imagine the gleeful look on your nephew's face when he opens your parcel to find this little sheep looking up at him :) I know that some of the most enjoyable presents that I received as a child were things like this, because they can go with you into adulthood and still hold such sweet memories. Very special indeed!
