Harvest
We cleared the vegetable garden last weekend. Considering how late I planted (from seed), we were lucky to get any kind of harvest. I felt really proud of the swede, which I grew for the first time and they were delicious.
Nothing like home grown... not matter now much or little the patch yields! We were so happy with our little bit this year too. We're keen to try more veggies next year! Happy Week, Marie ((LOVE & HUGS))
Wow! What a beauty! I didn't ever have much luck with growing root veg in our old house (at least not beetroot or carrots!) but it is something I have always wanted to do. You certainly have green fingers to be proud of!
