Maritime Days

From misty mornings to torrential rain, we have seen more than our share of Atlantic weather in the last couple of weeks.

Yesterday, we awoke to the first dusting of snow, which resembled a sprinkling of icing sugar on the top of a cake.  It is the end of November, so we've been fortunate not to have had some of the winter storms which have affected the other maritime provinces.

  1. I do hope you have kept warm and dry. That view is beautiful in all weathers, I think. Count your blessings. x

    1. I’m doing my best to keep warm, but it is challenging at times! The view is lovely, but the wind howls over that flat ground. Marie x

    1. It is pretty with a dusting of frost, but I would be perfectly content not to see any snow this winter! Marie x

  3. It's starting to look a bit like Christmas ...
I sympathise with those Atlantic storms. Back in Ireland we tend to get something similar ... and soooo much rain. Bx
