Make Sure You Get My Best Side....

I don't think that I'm giving away any secrets if I share the last of the knitted gifts for my nieces with you.  This sheep gave me more headaches than enough, due in part to the pressure to get it finished before Christmas.

Isn't she adorable?  She was knitted from a pattern that I found on Ravelry, called James The Galway Sheep, but as I only had pink shades of yarn in my stash to knit the waistcoat, she became Jamie.

She does seem to be enjoying all of the attention doesn't she?

I know that you can't see her face very well on this last pose, but it was the only way that I could show you the knitted waistcoat.  As she is holding a rose, you can't see much of it anyway.

  1. Hello Marie!

What a wonderful little lamb! You clever thing! I have never ventured into small animal knitting, but it looks complicated. I imagine your nephews and nieces will love receiving these in the post!

    Best wishes,
